This draft describes how StudioHD intends to handle personal data under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection (PDPPL).
When you submit an enquiry or call request, we collect your name, business details, contact details, preferred time and chosen language. Assistant messages are used to answer your questions during the session; chat history is not saved by this website.
We use enquiry data to respond, arrange a conversation and prepare a proposal. Submission is voluntary. We do not sell personal data.
Enquiry records are stored in Lovable Cloud with restricted access. The assistant uses Lovable AI; your messages are processed by its service providers. Do not send sensitive medical, financial or identity information. International processing arrangements require review before launch.
Subject to applicable Qatar law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact: [PENDING]. Final retention periods and transfer safeguards will be confirmed before launch.
We apply access restrictions and technical safeguards. No system is risk-free. Data retention periods, controller identity and complaint procedures remain to be confirmed.
